Doujinshi Suite
Doujinshi can be described as fan-manga, fanfiction with pictures ^_~  The only doujinshi I own is in Japanese only though I've heard of a few English ones being produced.  I'm not sure how copyrights go in situations like this, and I won't be making any assumptions.  I think it's safe to say that the artwork and storylines in the doujinshi are the property of the artist.  The stories on which the doujinshi are based belong to their respective creators.

NOTICE:  The Doujinshi Suite will soon have its own separate site.  Please check again later for the URL.

Looking for doujinshi?  Here are a few good resources:

eBay - Possibly the best place if you can stand the fact that its all auctions.

Acclimate Solution, Inc. - Doujinshi by request only.  They also deal in hard to find manga or translations.

Aestheticism Cybershoppe - A more reliable doujinshi source since it's not an auction.  Choices arranged by circle.

Animate USA - You have to do a search for "doujinshi" but they do sell some.

Anime and Dojinshi - The name speaks for itself.

Animenation - You have to do a search for "doujinshi".  They carry mostly adult or hentai doujinshi.

Anime Palace - Only adult (hentai) doujinshi here.

Anime Shock - They're in the manga section, but they ARE there ^_~

Anime-ya - Again, mostly adult (hentai).

Black Moon Marketplace - Last time I checked they were have a clearance sale on doujin.  Check it out!

Doki Doki Station - Very good source.  If they don't have what you're looking for you can always make a request!

Doujin Box - They have a pretty good selection.

Doujin City - They carry mainly adult (hentai) doujinshi.

J-List - Not much here, but they do have some adult (hentai) doujin.

Otaku Imports - Not much, but it is there.  No special requests excepted but they will keep a look out if you know the ISBN number.

Sasuga Books - They don't carry doujinshi as far as I know, but this is such a great site for Japanese related material (including hard-to-find manga), I had to put it here.  You CAN request doujinshi if you know the ISBN number.

TupToy Doujinshi and Artbook Shop - *ahem* Name says it all ^_~

Note:  These links (with the exception of Ebay) were found at the Anime Web Turnpike under Online Stores.
